Arizona ICE detention facility conditions called 'deplorable' in new report

According to the report, detainees described severe overcrowding, inadequate medical care, lack of hygiene supplies, insufficient food causing weight loss, no access to phones or legal communication, inability to launder clothing, and no outdoor recreation.
