New York Attorney General Letitia James subpoenaed several counties, including Nassau under GOP candidate Bruce Blakeman, for not complying with a new state law limiting cooperation with ICE. Rensselaer County Executive Steve McLaughlin says he will not comply and plans to join a lawsuit against the law.
