Some caregivers were deported to countries like Mexico, Ghana, or Venezuela, or left detained for months without needed medical aids. First documented January 2025, recurring monthly since, with a peak share in September 2025 and a roughly steady share of reported cases overall.

Recurring since Jan 2025.
